For us at 11Locust the garden is the intersection between human creativity and Nature. Gardens are the place where our heart/hearth meets Nature to create a living laboratory of learning about ourselves, and Mother Earth. The garden is our outdoor home, where we can add more rooms, and spaces to connect.
Flowers, plants, trees are our friends, they capture our imagination in the garden and give us comfort as we bring the cuttings into our homes for arranging and display.
Our team has been mentored by students of Alan Chadwick, the father of organic gardening and farming in the United States and by the farming leadership of the oldest certified organic farm in California, Star Route Farms.
